Job summary

Trinity Washington University is seeking an Enterprise Applications Manager to lead the oversight, advancement and optimization of the university’s enterprise software systems. This role will bridge strong technical expertise with managerial experience to drive the university's mission.

You will collaborate across departments to ensure technology solutions align with goals, design Tableau dashboards, expand the cloud data warehouse, and supervise a team for data integrity and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting an enterprise ERP, SIS, and CRM such as Ellucian Colleague, Jenzabar One, WorkDay, Salesforce or Slate.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, MS SQL Server backups/restorations, and stored procedures.
• Experience with BI/reporting tools such as Tableau, SSRS or PowerBI.
• Fluent in SQL/PL-SQL and scripting (PowerShell) for automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead selection, implementation and management of ERP/SIS for the institution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess needs and support ERP, SIS, CRM projects and customizations.
• Supervise a team and ensure data integrity, timelines and issue resolution.
• Translate business needs into technical specs with DBAs and developers.
• Develop interfaces/integrations between on-premise and cloud systems.
