Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and 3+ years of experience in system analysis or enterprise applications.
• Experience mapping complex business processes and documenting requirements.
• Familiarity with SaaS delivery models and IT service management systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day application support for assigned platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues including access, sync, and performance.
• Serve as SME for functional/technical aspects and coordinate with vendors.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Monitor system health and participate in upgrades and releases.
• Develop and maintain application documentation and knowledge bases.
