Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform QA testing and validation for MBTA enterprise apps.
• Develop QA documentation including test plans and procedures.
• Execute test cases and log defects.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders and vendor teams.
• Create QA reports and dashboards.
• Support production issues and QA metrics.
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement.
• Assist with risk mitigation and corrective actions.
