Job summary

Dallas Area Rapid Transit Inc seeks an Applications Administrator, Enterprise Apps, to oversee daily administration of enterprise systems like Trapeze, Transit Master, INIT, VMS, CRM, and PIDS. You will ensure reliability, performance, and user support across multiple platforms.

Collaborating with vendors and IT teams, you will manage testing for updates, enforce security standards, and follow change-management practices to minimize disruption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Three years of experience in application analysis, IT system administration, or Enterprise Application support.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record to operate DART non-revenue vehicles or in the course and scope of job.
• Ability to work variable hours, including on-call rotations and remote work as needed.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise applications, including Transportation ERP systems (Trapeze, Transit Master, INIT), VMS, CRM, PIDS, ITIL frameworks, and operational technologies on rolling stock.
• Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to ensure enterprise applications meet business needs and align with goals.
• Manage day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of assigned enterprise applications.
• Assist in implementing and upgrading enterprise systems with minimal disruption to operations.
• Provide end-user support and develop system documentation and procedures.
• Coordinate testing for updates, patches, and new releases, ensuring reliability and performance.
