Job summary

A regional public transportation authority is seeking an Applications Administrator to support the EAM System and other transit applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with technical teams, manage user roles, and ensure system reliability and performance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. Qualifications

• Experience in applications administration, specifically in transit applications.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Knowledge of software application system concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support functional and technical aspects of EAM System.
• Liaison between users and Application Services Team.
• Document modifications and manage data loads.
