Job summary

150_MTGA Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority - Corporate is seeking an experienced Application Support professional to provide Level III break/fix support for assigned applications. You will serve as a subject matter expert and help map business processes to the supported systems.

You will coordinate project teams, research upgrades, and perform business impact analyses with Business Technical Analysts, while working with vendor and professional service teams to test and implement changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Associate/HS plus IT experience and gaming licenses as applicable.
• Knowledge of the specific applications and ability to map processes.
• Experience in application upgrades, testing and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level III break/fix support for assigned applications.
• Participate in user acceptance testing for upgrades or changes.
• Recommend application access in consultation with Information Security.
• Create and update documentation and training materials.
• Serve as SME on projects and coordinate with analysts, PMs and vendors.
• Escalate issues to vendor services and track dispositions.

Application functionality knowledge

Education

Bachelor's Degree in CS/Engineering/Business

Associate Degree + 6 years IT exp

High School Diploma + 10 years IT exp
