Mohegan Sun is seeking an Application Support Analyst to deliver end-user support for Bally ACSC CMS/SMS/TMS systems. You will troubleshoot and resolve application issues for operations, development, and business units, ensuring high guest service levels and rapid resolution.

The role involves analyzing support processes, documenting resolutions, and collaborating with department heads to assess training needs. Regular 24x7 support is required with potential minimal travel.

Formación

• College degree in computer science or information systems; 4 years of enterprise experience.
• Proven Bally ACSC experience (v3.1.6 minimum; v10.1 preferred).
• Experience with troubleshooting principles and issue resolution techniques.
• Knowledge of trends in software applications and databases.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze support data to improve processes and implement changes.
• Handle end-user tickets and resolve application issues.
• Prioritize and schedule enhancements and defect resolutions.
• Perform desktop fixes, upgrades, and application configurations.
• Document problem-solving steps and final resolutions.
• Train department staff on applications and objectives.
• Provide 24x7 support across systems under management.
• Coordinate with department heads on training needs.
