Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent education and work experience.
• 2-5 years supporting enterprise apps, ERP, CRM, or data systems.
• Experience with SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of integrations, interfaces, and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, improve, configure, and support enterprise applications and integrations.
• Evaluate requirements, implement enhancements, and ensure data integrity.
• Investigate data issues using SQL and diagnostics to find root causes.
• Assess impact of changes across connected applications and processes.
• Document specs, processes, and technical procedures clearly.
