Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced leader to drive enterprise application delivery in Illinois. You will lead end-to-end initiatives across ERP, CRM, integration, and cloud platforms, shaping architecture and governance while coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include managing scope, timelines, budgets, release management, vendor relationships, and ensuring performance, security, and compliance. A strong background in ERP systems and integration tech is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience delivering enterprise applications.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional projects or delivery teams.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise application initiatives, including ERP, CRM, integration, supply chain, procurement, and customer-facing platforms
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation
• Establish delivery governance, project standards, and release management processes
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, architects, and external partners
• Own application lifecycle management for critical enterprise systems
• Drive system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure application performance, availability, security, and compliance requirements are met
• Oversee enterprise integration solutions including APIs, EDI, middleware, and cloud integration platforms
• Partner with business leaders to understand strategic priorities and translate them into technology solutions
• Establish KPIs and service metrics for enterprise application delivery and support
