Job summary

Cecil College is seeking an Application Solutions Analyst to support and enhance enterprise software across Registrar, Student Services, Academic Programs, and Finance. You will manage ERP and related systems (Colleague, Recruit CRM, Canvas) and collaborate to automate workflows and deliver technology solutions across campus.

You will develop reporting, data governance, and integration capabilities while ensuring secure, compliant operations and strong cross-functional partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Two years of relevant experience; understanding of data and relational databases; basic SQL.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders; problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Administer ERP system and related applications; configure, upgrade, and manage security roles.
• Research and resolve day-to-day operational issues affecting processing services.
• Develop expertise in business processes and provide users with liaison and technical support.
• Design, document, and optimize ERP and enterprise processes; create data-driven insights.
• Create and maintain reports/dashboards; collaborate on integrations with third-party apps.
