Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in applications administration.
• Associate's degree in information technology, computer science, MIS, or related field; 3+ years' experience.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, MIS, or related field; 1+ years' experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure enterprise software applications to support business processes under guidance.
• Administer user accounts, including create/update/deactivate.
• Troubleshoot routine issues and escalate for complex problems.
• Develop test cases, partake in testing releases, document results.
• Monitor application health and resolve routine errors.
• Follow procedures and collaborate with internal/external partners.
• Support continuous learning and process improvement.
