  • User Account Administration — Administer user accounts, including creating, updating, and deactivating accounts—following established procedures to ensure that only those roles and permissions necessary to perform job functions are assigned to users.
  • Application Issue Resolution — Respond to application issues reported by users by gathering information, troubleshooting and resolving routine problems, escalating complex issues to senior staff, and creating or updating support cases for vendors or internal teams.
  • Testing & Release Support — Assist with the development of test cases and scenarios, participate in testing new releases, document results to confirm functionality or report defects, and help maintain training aids and user documentation.
  • Application Health Monitoring — Monitor application health using established tools and procedures to identify processing errors, resolve routine errors, or elevate them to senior staff.
  • Task Execution & Continuous Learning — Receive task assignments and work instructions from senior staff and supervisors, complete assigned work accurately and on time, and build knowledge of supported applications through training and on-the-job learning.
  • Security & Partner Coordination — Follow established policies and procedures, and work with internal and external partners, to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of applications and data.
