Job summary

Nuitée is seeking a Technical Integration Manager to own the technical customer layer behind enterprise API integrations, from implementation to launch to optimization. You will work directly with major API customers and stay close to Product and Engineering to shape how integration and support scales as the customer base grows.

The role offers hands-on problem-solving, enterprise ownership, and an opportunity to build the function from day one in a fast-moving, trust-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues for large customers.
• Experience onboarding and supporting customers through integration lifecycle.
• Strong collaboration with product, engineering and account teams.

Responsibilities

• Own technical relationships with enterprise customers from implementation to optimization.
• Guide technical onboarding and ensure successful live integration.
• Capture recurring customer pain points and feed into Product/Engineering.
• Balance troubleshooting with clear communication to engineers and stakeholders.
