Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Manager of Enterprise Analytics & Reporting in Madison, WI to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering enterprise analytics, dashboards, and data products across Tableau, Epic Clarity, and Databricks. You will set standards, governance, and scalable practices to empower data-driven decision making.

You will grow the engineering capabilities of the team, mentor staff, and partner with commercial, clinical, operational, and technology stakeholders to translate business needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, data science, computer science, MIS, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in business intelligence, analytics, enterprise reporting, data engineering, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience leading, managing, or directing employees or multidisciplinary technical delivery teams.
• Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise BI, reporting, and data solutions from requirements gathering through implementation and ongoing support.
• Experience with Tableau, SQL, Epic Clarity, Caboodle, Databricks, and related enterprise data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of analytics and reporting professionals.
• Organize and prioritize team responsibilities; manage performance and development.
• Provide technical and functional direction for design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise reporting and data solutions.
• Determine appropriate platform and solution approach based on business requirements and data availability.
• Oversee Tableau dashboards and Epic Clarity reporting; ensure data quality and governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
• Maintain centralized inventory of reports, priorities, and dependencies.
• Promote reusable, scalable data and reporting practices across the organization.
