Job summary

PNC is seeking a Business Analytics Manager in the Enterprise Change Office to lead enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives from Pittsburgh, Strongsville, or New York City. You will own intake, prioritization, planning, and execution oversight of the team’s reporting portfolio, partnering with senior leaders to drive delivery and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience; 3+ years in management.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
• Experience with visual analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for the design, development, delivery, and support of enterprise reporting and analytics solutions.
• Establish and manage reporting intake, demand management, and prioritization aligned to strategic objectives.
• Maintain the reporting portfolio roadmap and oversee delivery of projects, enhancements and ongoing support.
• Manage team capacity, workload distribution and resource planning for effective delivery.
• Facilitate project intake, requirements review, assignment, timeline management and delivery tracking.
• Serve as primary escalation point for reporting initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Monitor portfolio health, delivery performance, risks, dependencies and resource utilization.
• Develop team through coaching, performance management and career planning.
