In this role, you will manage a team of Reporting Analysts and Architects involved in acquiring, analyzing, and validating data sets to support healthcare initiatives. You will align data products with organizational goals, partnering with departments to facilitate informed decision-making.

This position is eligible for remote work within Iowa, requiring a work arrangement form at employment start. Work arrangements are reviewed annually and must comply with policies regarding remote work and employee travel.

Position Responsibilities

1. Lead data insight initiatives through stakeholder collaboration.
2. Manage Power BI architecture, ensuring scalable and secure reporting solutions, and define best practices for data modeling and integration.
3. Oversee the Power BI ecosystem, including development standards and security models.
4. Mentor Power BI developers and promote knowledge sharing, including creating training materials.
5. Stay current with Microsoft analytics technologies and translate innovations into business solutions.
6. Develop and improve data product lifecycle processes.
7. Participate in review and prioritization of data requests with management.
8. Lead requirements gathering and maintain documentation and content repositories.
9. Embed analytics content into workflows using Epic tools.
10. Develop front-end reports, dashboards, and self-service tools using various reporting applications.
11. Provide updates to leadership and stakeholders.
12. Ensure data quality and security standards are met through testing and policy adherence.
13. Build strong stakeholder relationships and align business needs with technical solutions.
14. Hire, develop, and manage staff, ensuring compliance and fostering professional growth.
