About the position: The Data Analytics Manager is responsible for analyzing mission-critical company sales, operational, financial, and product data to provide actionable insights, KPI tracking, and analytics tools for decision-makers. The role involves overseeing daily reporting, analysis, and development of data visualizations to optimize company performance. This includes converting raw data into meaningful reports and insights, and developing an integrated data strategy with leadership. The position reports to the COO and supports other departments as needed.

Location: Fully remote, but candidates must reside in Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, New York, Florida, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, or Alabama.

Essential functions include:

• Supporting various teams with detailed visibility into business performance
• Preparing and delivering analytics and insights for decision-making
• Creating dashboards and visual reports using tools like Tableau, Hubspot, Elastic Search Kibana
• Generating reports and synthesizing data for stakeholders
• Managing CRM system (Hubspot) and digital tools, including user management and data updates
• Developing protocols for data quality and best practices
• Researching and implementing new CRM features and training users
• Using data to identify improvement areas
• Acting as liaison between teams on technology implementation
• Collaborating on system development for lead prioritization
• Communicating organizational information effectively
• Developing query tools in platforms like Elastic Search
• Implementing ML and LLM solutions to generate business value
• Gathering feedback to deepen understanding through data
• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, analytics, computer science, or related fields; equivalent experience considered
• Experience in Data Analytics, Data Visualizations, and languages like Python, R, or Stata
• At least 5 years in data visualization or Data Analyst roles
• Experience with supervised/unsupervised ML for business questions
• Experience deploying or integrating LLMs (e.g., GPT, Gemini, Claude)
• Knowledge of healthcare systems and medical/nursing education is a plus
