Job summary

BrainStation seeks a Manager, Enterprise to lead end-to-end engagements with global organizations transforming for the AI era. You’ll sculpt enterprise-wide AI capability, guide executive teams, and drive strategic roadmaps across AI, product, marketing, design and data functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Experience in client-facing roles, with ability to manage executive relationships.
• Strong communication and ability to lead multi-workstream engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships with C-suite executives and business leaders; position BrainStation as a strategic partner in AI capability.
• Serve as senior advisor to clients, guiding discovery, managing expectations and stakeholders, and ensuring value delivery.
• Lead engagements end to end—from scoping through discovery, recommendations, and roadmaps, with accountability for quality and outcomes.
• Direct the engagement team's work, set analytical approach, review deliverables, and ensure executive-level standards.
• Lead design of target-state capabilities and transformation roadmaps, guiding decisions to commit to them.
• Shape advisory work on digital and AI innovation within clients’ industries and opportunities/risks for products and customer experiences.
• Design and lead executive workshops and working sessions.
• Grow client relationships: shape and secure new and follow-on engagements, develop proposals and business cases, shape scope and commercial structure.
• Contribute to BrainStation's market presence through thought leadership, events, and executive conversations.
