Job summary

BrainStation is seeking a Strategist, Enterprise to partner with global organizations as they transform for the AI era. You will build enterprise-wide AI capabilities, engage with C-suite leaders, and shape engagements from discovery to committed programs.

The role combines strategic advisory with hands-on execution across AI, digital technology, and product teams. You will work in a hybrid model with four or more days in the New York office, travel globally as required, and collaborate with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–4 years of client-facing experience; consulting/strategy advisory is a plus.
• Ability to structure complex, ambiguous business problems and communicate a clear point of view.
• Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Hybrid work model; travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with C-suite executives and business leaders to discuss enterprise-wide AI capability.
• Guide clients through opportunity discovery and engagement growth.
• Learn client business model, context, and competitive pressures to design impact.
• Support discovery and current-state assessment across people, process, and technology.
• Contribute to target-state capabilities and transformation roadmaps.
• Contribute to advisory work on digital and AI innovation and product impact.
• Lead executive workshops and coordinate sessions producing decisions.
• Structure proposals, presentations, and engagement documentation for senior audiences.
• Track AI and digital landscape and contribute to BrainStation's thought leadership.
