Job summary

Anthony & Sylvan Pools is seeking a Business Transformation Manager to identify and advance opportunities that transform how we operate, serve customers, and create value across the organization. This role focuses on designing future-state capabilities enabled through technology, AI, and operating-model innovation.

The successful candidate will partner with executives to shape strategies, drive measurable impact, and lead enterprise initiatives from concept through realization of value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading business transformation, digital transformation, technology strategy, consulting, innovation, or related initiatives.
• Proven ability to develop business cases, investment recommendations, and transformation roadmaps.
• Strong executive communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience with AI, intelligent automation, or enterprise AI initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to identify enterprise transformation opportunities.
• Design future-state business and operating models with capabilities and governance.
• Drive AI strategy and intelligent enterprise transformation across the organization.
• Shape enterprise technology strategies including governance, roadmaps, and vendor partnerships.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to improve customer experience and scalability.
• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives with defined objectives and governance.
• Provide executive oversight and visibility into the transformation portfolio.
