Job summary

Progress Residential in the United States is seeking a Business Solutions Architect to lead high-priority transformation initiatives across our national operating platform. You will own problems end-to-end, build a quantified business case, and partner with executives to shape AI-enabled workflows and operating models.

This role is non-managerial but highly influential, requiring collaboration with operations, technology, data science, and market teams to ensure delivery to spec, measure

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in corporate strategy, transformation, or chief-of-staff roles.
• 2+ years at a top-tier management consulting firm.
• MBA or comparable analytical training required.
• End-to-end ownership with measurable results.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with AI, automation, or data-driven initiatives.
• Exceptional structured communication and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity with bias toward ownership.
• Real estate or property-management experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own discrete transformation initiatives end to end—from problem definition to delivery.
• Lead AI-enabled workflows and design of future operating models.
• Drive cross-functional delivery with operations, tech, data science and markets.
• Define success metrics, baselines, controls and report measured results.
