Job summary

Databricks is seeking an experienced leader to own end-to-end workforce transformation engagements with our largest enterprise customers. You will diagnose current workforce capabilities, define required changes, build a comprehensive transformation plan, and drive execution until adoption sticks.

You will manage 2–3 concurrent engagements across varying formats, designing multi-level sponsorship with executives and enabling frontline managers and individual contributors.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading workforce or organizational transformation in tech adoption.
• Experience engaging with C-suite or VP sponsors and influencing enterprise adoption.
• Hands-on delivery experience in transformation roles.
• Ability to design capability pathways to enable change.
• Knowledge of change management, sponsorship models and adoption curves.
• Comfort with ambiguity and building playbooks as you go.
• Experience with scoping, pricing inputs, and ensuring delivery commitments.
• Familiarity with data and AI platforms and enterprise adoption challenges.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end workforce transformation engagements with Databricks' largest customers; diagnose current state, define changes, build the plan, and drive execution till adoption.
• Run 2–3 concurrent engagements across different formats, managing a mixed portfolio.
• Design for multiple organizational layers, coordinating executives and managers while enabling adoption at all levels.
• Drive execution, coach internal champions, unblock barriers, and adapt plans as needed.
• Design human-agent collaboration models, distinguishing human, automated, and agent-led workflows.
• Shape engagement scope and pricing, ensuring commitments are realistic and deliverable.
• Turn learnings into repeatable tools and playbooks scalable beyond practitioner-led delivery.
• Partner with deployment, AI transformation, and account teams to land the solution.
