Job summary

Schonfeld seeks a training and content program specialist to own the AI knowledge library and role-based education curriculum. You will design learning pathways for investment and non-investment teams, define proficiency tiers, and manage events and dashboards to measure adoption and impact.

You will coordinate logistics, collaborate with business units, and support the Head of Training & Education on ad-hoc projects, delivering high-quality content and analytics across the firm.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, content creation, or program coordination
• Instructional design or curriculum development experience with competency frameworks or leveled learning pathways
• Familiarity with enterprise AI tools, platforms, and governance concepts
• Strong PowerPoint and visual storytelling skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with learning management systems and content management tools
• Proficiency in creating documentation, training materials and multimedia content
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to translate technical content for non-technical audiences
• Experience in financial services or technology companies preferred

Responsibilities

• Own the structure, taxonomy, and upkeep of the enterprise AI knowledge library
• Define information architecture, metadata, labeling, and templates for consistency
• Own the AI education curriculum and learning pathways for various teams
• Define proficiency tiers and progression paths for AI fluency
• Plan and coordinate training events (workshops, lunch-and-learns, office hours)
• Manage logistics for live training sessions and materials
• Coordinate with business units to schedule and promote training
• Organize AI adoption events and champion meetings
• Track attendance and gather feedback from events
• Maintain training content calendar and ensure timely delivery of materials
• Track metrics like completion rates, attendance, and user satisfaction
• Create dashboards/reports on training effectiveness for leadership
• Manage training registration systems and communication workflows
• Coordinate with AI Implementation team on adoption campaigns
• Develop internal campaigns to promote AI capabilities and training opportunities
• Curate success stories and use cases across the organization
• Maintain FAQ and troubleshooting resources
• Support AI champion network with content and materials
• Gather user feedback to identify content gaps and improvements
• Collaborate with AI Technology team on product roadmap and features
• Support Head of Training & Education with ad-hoc projects and analysis
