Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large-scale transformation with multi-entity scope.
• Experience owning governance and prioritisation discipline for complex portfolios.
• Led cross-functional governance bodies and driven executive alignment.
• Healthcare, health plan, or regulated industries experience is a differentiator.
• Experience managing large fixed-fee vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise AI strategy and translate Horizon framework into a funded portfolio.
• Chair Transformation Hub and AI Executive Council; manage governance cadence.
• Enforce 90-day gate process and tiered decision rights.
• Maintain enterprise AI initiative registry with owners and horizons.
• Partner with BU leaders to identify high-ROI AI use cases.
• Evaluate AI vendors and enforce fixed-fee contracting.
• Ensure Responsible AI, safety assessments, and HIPAA alignment.
• Lead Director of Emerging Technology and build AI capability.
