Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience in healthcare, technology, or related fields.
• 15+ years of leadership with executive accountability in healthcare, technology, digital transformation, strategy, operations, analytics, or related disciplines.
• Minimum seven (7) years leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across large, complex, matrixed organizations.
• Experience developing and executing AI, digital, analytics, automation, or technology-enabled business transformation strategies that delivered measurable value.
• Experience leading organizational change management, workforce adoption, and capability-building efforts.
• Experience establishing governance, risk management, compliance, and responsible AI or emerging technology frameworks.
• Experience working with executive leadership teams, governing boards, and senior stakeholders to establish strategy, prioritize investments, and measure outcomes.
• This position requires travel (at least 25%).

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI vision, strategy and transformation across Trinity Health.
• Establish governance, ethics, and responsible AI policies with enterprise-wide scope.
• Drive ROI through a multi-state AI portfolio and digital transformation program.
• Partner with clinical and operational leaders to identify high-value AI use cases.
• Champion AI literacy and change leadership across ministries and markets.
• Collaborate with CDAO, TIS and executive teams to scale AI adoption.
• Deliver ROI reporting and value realization across the system.
• Lead enterprise digital transformation initiatives leveraging AI and related tech.
