Job summary

Dynatrace is seeking a Senior Director of Enterprise AI to define, govern, and scale our enterprise AI strategy. You will collaborate with executives to translate AI advances into measurable business outcomes, shaping a multi-year agenda across operations, sales, finance, HR, legal, marketing, and IT.

You will own the portfolio roadmap, drive build/buy/partner decisions, establish AI governance, and lead an AI Center of Excellence to raise maturity across the organization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in enterprise technology, AI/ML, or digital transformation leadership with portfolio ownership.

Responsibilities

• Define, govern, and scale an enterprise AI strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Own the enterprise AI roadmap across multiple functions (Operations, Sales, Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, IT).
• Lead portfolio-level build, buy, and partner decisions with vendor evaluations and executive recommendations.
• Develop AI governance frameworks, risk controls, and data usage policies.
• Design AI capability programs, centers of excellence, and maturity metrics.
• Communicate AI value through ROI reporting and executive-level updates.
