Job summary

Rozgoo seeks an Enterprise Product Manager, AI Solutions, to identify, shape, and scale AI-enabled products for core enterprise functions, with a focus on Finance. You will partner with Finance, Enterprise Platforms Engineering, People and other teams to translate pain points into practical AI solutions, from copilots to data products and system automations.

This role is based in San Francisco, CA, with a hybrid model (3 days in the office per week) and relocation assistance for new employees.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience across product management, enterprise applications, business systems, or enterprise transformation.
• Fluency in Finance processes and enterprise technology (quote-to-cash, revenue, billing, accounting, treasury, FP&A).
• Experience with Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, Databricks, Anaplan or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize AI-driven opportunities to automate finance operations and adjacent enterprise workflows.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate current-state processes into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
• Define product requirements and develop lightweight prototypes for engineering guidance.
• Design and lead pilots for AI-enabled workflows with hypotheses and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with platform engineering to adopt OpenAI technologies and secure integrations.
• Coordinate data onboarding and integration across Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, Anaplan, Databricks.
