Job summary

Rogo in San Francisco is seeking a senior product manager to own and advance the security, governance, and trust layer of our enterprise AI platform. You will collaborate with security teams, engineering, and customers to raise the bar on how AI is used securely across large financial institutions.

You will prototype, ship, and iterate features with a design-forward mindset, balancing risk and user experience, while communicating with senior finance stakeholders and auditors to ensure compliance

Qualifications

• Experience shipping design-forward software in a high-growth environment.
• Strong information-architecture and collaboration with design.
• Deep intuition for LLMs and AI-powered interfaces.
• Technical foundation with ability to prototype with code.
• Comfort presenting to senior stakeholders in finance.
• Experience with security/governance or enterprise AI is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own and advance Rogo's security, governance, and trust product as a first-class part of the platform.
• Give administrators and security leaders visibility and control over how AI is used across their organization.
• Partner with customers' security teams, internal security and engineering teams, and third-party auditors, turning requirements into product.
• Make it easy for the most demanding institutions to adopt AI with confidence and meet governance obligations.
• Prototype and build to determine what is worth shipping; collaborate with engineering and design to bring it to life.
• Think adversarially: anticipate edge cases, failure modes, and governance standards.
• Delight users by making complex security features intuitive and trustworthy.
