Unframe is an AI-first startup helping large enterprises bring LLM-powered applications to life quickly. This role sits on the front line, engaging directly with enterprise clients, leading discovery and designing tailored AI solutions built on Unframe's platform.

You own work end-to-end, serving as the strategic and technical bridge from initial conversation through deployment. This builder role requires writing precise specifications and prompt architectures, making critical design decisions

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management or technical delivery roles.
• Experience leading consultative conversations with enterprise buyers and operators.
• Ability to manage senior client relationships through complex delivery and shifting timelines.
• Experience shipping AI-powered features and writing precise specs for build teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise Discovery: map workflows, uncover challenges, distinguish surface requests from core needs.
• Design & Spec AI Solutions: translate problems into structured plans, write specs and define prompt structures.
• Drive End-to-End Delivery: collaborate with engineers and AI specialists to deliver solutions within constraints.
• Represent the User & Platform: articulate user needs and identify reusable product patterns with the Platform team.
