Job summary

Komline seeks an AI Solutions Engineer to design, build, and deploy intelligent AI solutions across our enterprise. You will partner with business and technology leaders to translate needs into robust, scalable production capabilities.

The role involves working across AI, data, and software domains, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering measurable business outcomes. Based in Washington, DC with travel, you will influence Komline's AI architecture and governance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience implementing AI, ML, data, or software solutions in a business environment.
• Experience building with large language models, including agent orchestration and tool calling.
• Strong programming skills in Python and REST APIs; experience with cloud/enterprise systems.
• Experience with modern software development practices (Git, CI/CD, testing, deployment).
• Design AI solutions for scalability, performance, and cost efficiency; manage context, caching, and rate limits.
• Knowledge of cloud AI and data services; ability to work with structured/unstructured data.
• Excellent communication; ability to translate business problems into technical designs for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize AI opportunities based on business value and feasibility.
• Design, build, test, and deploy scalable AI agents and apps that interact with enterprise data.
• Develop retrieval-augmented generation, enterprise search, and knowledge capabilities.
• Integrate AI solutions with platforms like Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, and Azure data services.
• Leverage Komline's AI platforms to create repeatable agents and workflows.
• Establish test suites and evaluate accuracy, latency, and cost; iterate post-launch.
