Job summary

Expedient is seeking an AI Solution Specialist to be the foremost expert and evangelist for AI CTRL, Expedient's enterprise AI platform. This hybrid Denver-based role blends technical product knowledge with sales enablement and client strategy.

The ideal candidate has advanced hands-on AI experience, strong communication, and the ability to engage CIOs and developer communities alike while shaping product roadmaps through field feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, product management, or product specialist role.
• Experience supporting enterprise tech sales cycles involving AI, cloud, or complex SaaS solutions.
• Experience delivering technical training or enablement programs for diverse audiences.
• Experience presenting at external events or customer-facing settings as product advocate or thought leader.
• Familiarity with SOW development, professional services scoping, and pre-to-post sales handoff processes.
• Advanced knowledge of AI technologies including conversational AI, data integration and ETL, workflow automation, and AI orchestration.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms and enterprise cloud architecture.

Responsibilities

• Engage as SME with Solutions Architecture on complex AI CTRL opportunities across the sales cycle.
• Design and articulate tailored AI CTRL solutions addressing client challenges.
• Deliver technical presentations and live demos for technical and executive audiences.
• Lead or support proofs-of-concept; respond to product & integration questions.
• Contribute to proposals, RFPs, and technical docs with client-centric narrative.
• Develop and deliver structured product training for internal sellers and partners.
• Create enablement assets like playbooks, demo scripts, and reference materials.
• Share knowledge through lunch-and-learns, updates, and release briefings.
• Champion continuous learning around AI innovation at Expedient.
• Serve as internal/external evangelist for AI CTRL and present at events.
