Job summary

Softchoice is seeking a Data and AI Customer Solutions Architect to lead enterprise AI initiatives across multiple West Coast markets. You will architect AI roadmaps, map business problems to solutions, and drive value through data platforms and intelligent agents.

You will collaborate with Microsoft, AWS, and Google Cloud teams to deliver durable AI programs, ensuring ROI, compliance, and scalable outcomes for senior executives.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will bring 5 to 10+ years of demonstrated success in solutions sales focused on data platforms, analytics, or AI.
• Experience selling multi-workload programs and professional services.

Responsibilities

• Own the executive sales cycle from discovery to close by mapping business problems to offers and shaping proposals.
• Lead with value/ROI by building business cases, adoption plans, and success metrics for measurable impact.
• Facilitate C-level conversations to align on AI initiatives and foster executive buy-in.
• Partner co-sell and funding with hyperscalers to unlock workshops and POC funding motions.
• Maintain Salesforce hygiene and weekly funnel cadence for pipeline discipline.
• Evangelize governance, identity, Purview, DLP, and COE patterns to scale value responsibly.
