Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join our cross-domain architecture team at Bellevue, WA.

You will lead with the customer business and technical problems, aligning stakeholders and translating needs into scalable platform capabilities across Platform Advantage, Emerging Tech & UI Innovation, Data & AI Excellence, and Governance & Trust. You will contribute to domain placement decisions during interviews, collaborate with sales and delivery teams, and help

Qualifications

5+ years in enterprise or solutions architecture.
Experience with AI tooling to build solutions.
Deep expertise in at least one focus area across the four domains.
Fluency across the Salesforce platform or at least one major adjacent technology.
Track record of staying engaged through delivery.

Responsibilities

Architect across one or two domains including Platform Advantage, Emerging Tech, Data & AI Excellence, or Governance & Trust.
Lead with the customer's business and technical problem.
Collaborate across multiple pre and post sale teams.
Align C-suite stakeholders around a shared view of a business problem and map it to a capability someone can act on.
Resolve platform-fit ambiguity for customers.
Name ambiguity and route it explicitly to the right domain.
