Job summary

SUSE is seeking an AI Domain Solution Architect to join our North America team. This role focuses on translating deep AI infrastructure expertise into enterprise-ready solutions, working withAccount Executives, Solution Architects, and partners to design scalable AI environments.

You will guide engineering in GPU-accelerated workloads, container platforms, and secure production deployments, aligning with SUSE AI Factory and NVIDIA ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Presales architect with proven track record translating deep tech into customer solutions.
• Strong ability to simplify AI/infrastructure concepts for technical and executive audiences.
• Hands-on experience sizing GPU-accelerated AI infrastructure for training, fine-tuning, inference.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions, technical evaluations, and architecture workshops for enterprise AI environments.
• Develop PoCs, technical proposals, and RFI/RFP responses.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Solution Architects throughout the sales cycle.
• Architect scalable, production-ready AI workloads with security and governance considerations.
• Partner with hardware vendors, integrators, and cloud providers to optimize AI compute and storage.
