Job summary

SUSE is seeking an AI-focused Domain Solution Architect to join the North America team. This role requires deep technical expertise in AI infrastructure, accelerated computing, Kubernetes, and enterprise AI platforms, with the ability to translate that expertise into enterprise solutions alongside Account Executives and partners.

Qualifications

• Presales architecture experience translating deep technical expertise into customer solutions.
• Strong technical communication and leadership to explain AI concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions, architecture workshops for enterprise AI environments.
• Develop PoCs, demonstrations, RFI/RFP responses, and technical proposals.
• Guide AI infrastructure design including agentic AI, multi‑tenant systems, and GPU-accelerated workloads.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to optimize AI compute, networking, storage, and platform architecture.
• Create reusable reference architectures and enablement materials for field teams.
• Capture customer feedback to influence product direction and roadmap.
