Job summary

SUSE is seeking an AI Domain Solution Architect to join the North America team. You will architect and validate enterprise AI solutions, translating GPU‑accelerated workloads into scalable production environments with SUSE AI Factory and NVIDIA stack.

In this role you will collaborate with account executives, solution architects, partners, and customers to lead technical qualification, build PoCs, and deliver demonstrations while focusing on secure, scalable AI infrastructure and governance for

Qualifications

Presales Architecture Experience: Proven track record translating deep technical expertise into effective customer solutions, proposals, presentations, demonstrations, RFP responses, and hands‑on workshops in a presales, solution architecture, or technical consulting role.
Technical Communication & Leadership: Ability to simplify complex AI and infrastructure concepts for both technical and executive audiences, coordinating cross‑functional teams and driving execution.
AI Infrastructure & Accelerated Computing: Hands‑on experience designing, operating, and sizing GPU‑accelerated infrastructure for AI training, fine‑tuning, and inference workloads.
NVIDIA Ecosystem Proficiency: Working knowledge of the NVIDIA AI ecosystem, including CUDA, NVIDIA AI Enterprise, and related interconnects.
Container Management & Cloud‑Native Platforms: Kubernetes architecture and cluster administration with Helm, GitOps, and multi‑cluster lifecycle operations.
Linux Systems Expertise: Strong Linux networking, storage, security, troubleshooting and performance analysis in production.
SUSE Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with SUSE AI Factory, SUSE Rancher Prime, SLES, and related SUSE tools.
High‑Performance Networking & Storage: Understanding of RoCEv2, RDMA, InfiniBand, and distributed storage architectures.
Enterprise Security & Operations: Experience designing secure production architectures and robust governance.

Responsibilities

Drive discovery sessions, technical evaluations, and architecture workshops for complex customer AI environments.
Lead PoCs, demonstrations, and technical proposals across the sales cycle.
Guide AI architecture including multi‑agent systems and MCP integrations for enterprise production environments.
Collaborate with hardware vendors, SI partners, and cloud providers to optimize AI compute and storage.
Create reusable reference architectures, blueprints, demos and enablement materials for field teams.
Capture customer feedback and inform SUSE Product Management and Engineering on platform needs.
