Job summary

Jeen.ai is seeking an AI Solution Engineer to design, implement, deploy, and operate AI-powered solutions for enterprise customers, including Voice AI, Text Agents, and conversation workflows. You will own customer implementations end-to-end from discovery through production delivery, integrate with APIs, CRM, telephony, and databases, and monitor performance in production on Jeen Talk SaaS platform.

Qualifications

• 2 years of professional experience in Solution Engineering, Software Engineering, or a similar technical role.
• Hands-on Python and scripting experience.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
• Experience with databases and data-driven applications.
• Hands-on experience or strong knowledge of Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
• Strong understanding of SaaS applications and production environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across multiple systems.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
• Ability to independently own multiple technical implementations through production.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, deploy, and operate AI-powered solutions for enterprise customers.
• Own customer implementations end-to-end, from discovery through production delivery.
• Integrate Jeen Talk with APIs, CRM, telephony, databases, knowledge bases, and other enterprise systems.
• Configure prompts, workflows, AI models, tools, and integrations according to customer requirements.
• Monitor production AI agents, troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and optimize performance.
• Support enterprise customers using the Jeen Talk SaaS platform.
• Collaborate with Product, R&D, Sales, and Customer Success to bring insights from implementations back to the product.
• Manage multiple customer implementations simultaneously and take ownership through production delivery.
