Job summary

SRM Digital in Charlotte, NC seeks an Enterprise AI Platform Lead to define governance and enablement for scalable AI agents across the enterprise. You will partner with platform engineering, cybersecurity, risk/compliance, and applications teams to build agent identity, observability, and data guardrails.

You will lead safety and security strategy for the Agentic AI platform, drive complex AI initiatives, and ensure governance, security, and operational excellence across regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Artificial Intelligence Solutions experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
• 2+ years delivering platform capabilities end‑to‑end from discovery through delivery with clear success metrics and stakeholder alignment.
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with cloud platforms such as GCP or Azure, and container orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Experience with agentic AI systems and multi‑step workflows; familiarity with RAG and agent‑to‑tool patterns.
• Experience integrating enterprise platforms via APIs, identity integration, and secure data access patterns.
• Ability to build developer‑centric products and platforms such as registries, SDKs, templates, and onboarding flows.

• Lead a team to identify, strategize, and execute highly complex AI initiatives spanning a line of business.
• Recommend business strategy and deliver AI enabling solutions to solve business challenges.
• Define and prioritize cases, secure resources, and ensure solutions deliver expected benefits.
• Leverage AI expertise to evaluate readiness and resources needed for proposed solutions.
• Make decisions to drive implementation of AI initiatives while serving multiple stakeholders.
• Resolve issues that arise during development or deployment.
• Collaborate with peers and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
