ZealTech is seeking a Lead AI Solutions Consultant to drive Agentic AI safety, security, and governance within an Enterprise AI Platform. This leadership role focuses on building secure, scalable, governed AI agent capabilities in a regulated enterprise environment.

Responsibilities include defining platform strategy and roadmaps, delivering end-to-end capabilities, and collaborating with engineering, cybersecurity, risk, and compliance teams to establish robust governance and controls.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of AI solutions experience.
• 2+ years delivering platform capabilities end-to-end.
• 2+ years hands-on with GCP or Azure.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.

• Define platform strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery.

We are looking for an experienced Lead AI Solutions Consultant to drive Agentic AI Safety & Security initiatives within an Enterprise AI Platform.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity focused on building secure, scalable, and governed AI agent capabilities in a regulated enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise-wide Agentic AI safety, security, and governance initiatives.
• Define platform strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery.
• Drive capabilities around agent identity, registries, observability, evaluation, and responsible AI guardrails.
• Collaborate with platform engineering, cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and application teams.
• Establish secure agent behavior controls and enterprise AI governance frameworks.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of AI Solutions experience.
• 2+ years of experience delivering platform capabilities end-to-end, from discovery and roadmap through delivery and adoption.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with GCP or Azure.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.

Preferred Skills:

• Agentic AI architecture, multi-agent workflows, RAG, planning, and tool execution.
• MCP-style integrations and A2A communication models.
• Enterprise APIs, connectors, identity management, and secure data access.
• AI governance, security, compliance, auditability, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience building developer platforms, SDKs, registries, and self-service capabilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
