Job summary

You will define governance, control, and enablement layers to empower enterprise teams to design, deploy, and operate AI agents safely at scale in regulated environments. You will lead strategy for agentic AI safety and security, partnering with platform engineering, cybersecurity, risk/compliance, and application teams to build identity registries, observability, guardrails, data permissions, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Artificial Intelligence Solutions experience.
• 2+ years of experience delivering platform capabilities end-to-end with measurable outcomes.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as GCP or Azure, and container orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to identify, strategize and execute highly complex Artificial Intelligence initiatives across a line of business.
• Recommend business strategy and deliver AI enabling solutions to solve business challenges.
• Define and prioritize use cases, secure resources, and ensure benefits are realized.
• Evaluate technical readiness and resources required to execute proposed solutions.
• Drive implementation decisions for AI initiatives while coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Resolve issues arising during development or deployment.
• Collaborate with peers and managers to achieve goals.
