Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned AI/ML professional to design, optimize, and govern enterprise AI experiences using Atlassian Rovo and LLMs. The role focuses on prompt engineering, knowledge orchestration, AI agent development, and workflow automation to deliver secure, scalable AI capabilities that improve productivity and decision-making.

Candidates should have 5+ years in AI roles, 2+ years in prompt engineering, and experience with knowledge systems like Confluence/SharePoint.

Qualifications

5+ years in a technical AI/ML role with NLP or knowledge management, with at least 2 years with LLMs.
2+ years hands-on prompt engineering across one or more LLM platforms.
2+ years helping enterprise clients design, adopt, or govern AI-powered tools or workflows.
2+ years building or configuring AI agents, virtual assistants, or chatbot experiences.
2+ years experience with knowledge management systems and enterprise content curation.

Responsibilities

Design enterprise AI prompts and conversational experiences.
Develop and maintain Atlassian Rovo Agents.
Build AI-powered knowledge assistants and workflow automations.
Curate enterprise knowledge to improve AI response quality.
Establish prompt libraries, standards, and governance processes.
Evaluate AI performance using metrics.
Collaborate with product owners, solution architects, and AI engineers.
Promote AI adoption and prompt engineering best practices across the organization.
