Job summary

Accenture seeks a skilled AI Engineer to design prompts and build Rovo agents that enable enterprise AI capabilities. You will curate knowledge bases and govern prompt usage to ensure reliable, scalable AI outputs.

You will collaborate with product owners, solution architects, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements in productivity and decision-making. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a technical role involving AI/ML systems, NLP, or knowledge management, with 2+ years with LLMs.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on prompt engineering experience for enterprise use cases across one or more LLM platforms.
• Minimum 2 years helping enterprise clients design, adopt, or govern AI-powered tools, knowledge systems, or automation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise AI prompts and conversational experiences.
• Develop and maintain Atlassian Rovo Agents.
• Build AI-powered knowledge assistants and workflow automations.
• Curate enterprise knowledge to improve AI-generated responses.
• Establish prompt libraries, standards, and governance processes.
• Evaluate AI performance using metrics and stakeholder feedback.
• Collaborate with product owners, solution architects, and AI engineers.
