Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field and 7+ years of experience in program management, technical program management, product management, or related strategic delivery roles with progressively increasing scope and complexity.
• Or advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field and 5+ years of experience in program management, technical program management, product management, or related strategic delivery roles with progressively increasing scope and complexity.
• Preferred experience leading enterprise AI or AI-enabled product initiatives and coordinating across multiple business functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI strategy, portfolio planning and prioritization across multiple business functions.
• Drive end-to-end program execution from discovery through deployment and value realization.
• Establish governance, reporting, and cross-functional alignment for enterprise AI initiatives.
• Partner with AI engineering, data science, product, security, and stakeholders to ensure delivery discipline.
• Define success metrics, manage risks, and ensure compliance and change adoption.
