Job summary

MiniMed seeks a Senior Program Manager, AI Products to lead enterprise AI initiatives across Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Quality. You will bridge business needs with AI engineering and data science, guiding from use-case definition to value realization in a regulated MedTech setting.

You will establish governance, manage priorities, and drive program delivery with executive visibility, ensuring adoption and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field with 7+ years of experience in program management or related strategic delivery roles.
• Or a Master’s degree with 5+ years of experience in program management or related roles.
• Experience leading enterprise AI initiatives from concept to deployment and adoption.
• Strong communication, facilitation and executive presentation skills; Agile delivery experience.
• Familiarity with AI governance, MLOps, and cross-functional planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of enterprise AI initiatives across multiple business functions.
• Define KPI-based success criteria and manage risk, governance, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with AI Engineering, Data Science, Product, Architecture, Security, and stakeholders.
• Build business cases, manage budgets, and align with regulatory and change-management needs.
• Provide executive-level updates and ensure value realization from AI programs.
