FlowX.AI seeks a Presales Engineer to tailor end-to-end solutions for enterprise customers, leveraging FlowX to deliver high-quality results. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into viable configurations, build POCs, validate feasibility, and maintain clear documentation.

A bias for continuous improvement and teamwork is essential. Location: New York City.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a technical role (Configuration/QA/Software).
• Bachelor degree in CS, Business Information or related field.
• Familiarity with Python.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to understand business requirements and configure solutions accordingly.
• Test and validate configurations to meet business and functional expectations.
• Design and develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) with senior engineers to validate feasibility.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date configuration documentation.
• Stay updated with trends, tools, and technologies.
• Recommend enhancements or optimizations based on feedback.
