Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking an Enterprise AI Engineer II to own architecture for AI platforms and enterprise systems, and to drive automation and observability across a scalable cloud environment. You will design reusable IaC modules, lead incident analysis, and champion secure SaaS integrations while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced travel tech company.

The role emphasizes ownership from design through production, with a focus on capacity forecasting, cost-aware decisions,

Qualifications

Hands-on with public cloud IaaS (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience building automation with IaC (Terraform, Pulumi).
Proficiency in Python or Go for automation tasks.
Experience defining SLOs and observability solutions.

Responsibilities

Own service and integration architecture for AI platforms and enterprise systems.
Design and implement reusable IaC modules and automation frameworks with policy-as-code.
Lead incident resolution, RCA, and post-incident analysis; reduce toil through automation.
Define integration architectures for internal platforms and SaaS systems; ensure security and scalability.
Champion automation and SaaS integration best practices across the team.
