Job summary

Expedia Group seeks an Enterprise AI Engineer III to own design, engineering, and the automation of our cloud infrastructure and AI systems. You’ll define service and integration architectures, drive IaC strategy, and mentor teams across the AI and platform groups.

You will work on scalable, secure architectures, observability, and SaaS integrations, while championing best practices in policy-as-code and cost-aware decisions to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform, or enterprise systems engineering.
• Experience with public cloud IaaS (AWS/Azure/GCP) and IaC automation (Terraform, Pulumi).
• Proficiency in Python or Go and building automation that reduces toil.

Responsibilities

• Own service and integration architecture for AI platforms and enterprise systems with security and cost efficiency.
• Design reusable IaC modules and automation frameworks; enforce policy-as-code.
• Lead incident resolution, RCA, and post-incident analysis across teams; automate improvements.
