You will partner with product, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to improve AI quality, governance, and ROI.

Qualifications

5+ years in technology operations, analytics, product operations, QA, knowledge management, conversational AI, or related field.
2+ years supporting AI agents, conversational AI platforms, or generative AI in production.

Responsibilities

Own operational performance of AI-powered solutions post-implementation and hypercare.
Monitor AI quality, response accuracy, relevance, compliance, adoption, and business outcomes.
Develop and maintain operational scorecards for containment, satisfaction, escalation, retrieval, and latency.
