Job summary

Eliassen Group in Orlando, FL seeks an AI Implementation & Governance Consultant on a contract basis to lead secure AI tool integration and data privacy governance across enterprise platforms. Hybrid onsite work 2–3 days in Orlando, with W2 benefits including medical, dental, and 401k matching.

Role includes deploying AI solutions, configuring back-end infrastructure, and enforcing security policies for compliance with ISO/NIST/GDPR/HIPAA frameworks.

Qualifications

• Must have experience leading AI governance and data privacy programs.
• Familiar with security and compliance frameworks (ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF, GDPR, HIPAA).
• Ability to design and enforce RBAC, DLP controls, and API gateway configurations.
• Experience deploying AI tooling across enterprise platforms and internal tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead rollout of enterprise AI tools and govern their use within internal teams.
• Configure and manage AI backend infrastructure including API gateways and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Partner with department heads to identify safe, high-ROI AI use cases.
• Contribute to and enforce AI Acceptable Use Policies and data handling guidelines.
• Configure RBAC and DLP controls to prevent data leakage to public models.
• Implement monitoring, log collection, and security tooling for AI deployments.
• Ensure deployments comply with ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF, GDPR, HIPAA and internal rules.
• Assist with privacy settings in AI and Google Workspace platforms; monitor related policies.
• Design and deliver staff training on safe use of AI coding tools and assistants.
• Develop and lead training on Secure Scripting to prevent over-privileged scripts and data leakage.
• Detect and manage Shadow AI and unvetted AI usage.
