Job summary

AirOps Inc in New York seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer who will work with enterprise clients to turn AI search and growth strategies into measurable outcomes. You’ll configure and scale AirOps playbooks to keep brands visible across AI search engines.

This high-ownership role places you close to the customer, product, and impact. You’ll collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Sales, Growth, and Marketing to deliver repeatable client outcomes and feed insights back into the platform as

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years in Growth, BizOps, Product, or related roles at a high-growth startup.
• Experience translating business goals into execution plans with measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on with AI tools, LLMs, prompt engineering, or automation platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and derive recommendations.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with enterprise customers to translate goals into delivery plans and measurable outcomes.
• Configure and scale playbooks across accounts and verticals.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Sales, Growth, and Marketing to align needs and capabilities.
• Monitor performance data, identify trends, and communicate recommendations.
• Bring field feedback into product and delivery teams to improve the platform and playbooks.
